Townhouse village in Vidovaya Street, in the Khostinsky district of Sochi.
The idea of the project
The village is composed of hexagonal land plots, placed at different levels of the terrain. Houses are directed to the south - towards the sea. The roofs of the houses are gardened and are perceived as part of the surrounding nature. All plots are flat and unobstructed. Retaining walls are made in the form of honeycomb and allow effectively strengthen the slope and require minimal of earthwork operations.
