There are four projected private houses and underground parking for 8 cars on the plot. The buildings are located in the central part of the city with a view of the main attraction of Sochi - the Sea Port.
The difference between the highest and lowest point of the terrain is more than 10 meters. The project is designed in a way to build terraces and place the houses at different heights.
